Overall it's ok for the price. You might want to plug your nose when you shower as it smells a bit mildewy and moldy. There is no soap besides the "one-for-all" shampoo body wash handsoap. The location is great. You're close to cinema, bars, downtown. The people at the reception and at breakfast are really sweet.
I purposely did not clean a cobweb I found the first day in the corner of the bathroom to see if they would clean it. It was there Monday til Friday when I left. And everyday my room was "cleaned".
It's also a place of prayer and something like YMCA. In the morning they sing hymns in a room near reception, and in the evening there are practicing christian rock bands there...
