During an overnight stay in Wiesbaden, we selected the Achat Hotel based on the price. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised at the value! The hotel is about 3-5 minutes by car from the central train station (a 6 euro cab ride), and is located on a quaint side street. There are great shops and places to eat nearby! The room itself was large, cozy, and very clean. We would stay here again!

My sister and I stayed here, for 4 days, to visit relatives who live in Wiesbaden. Found this gem on the internet and couldn't fault the price we paid. Great location, right in the centre of town, with great shopping and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Couldn't fault the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Free internet access, in lobby and tea and coffee also in lobby, up to 11 am. Great bar and lounge area, just off lobby and drinks reasonably priced.

The room was small and modern, but there was only one very modern type 'wardrobe' with 8 hangers and no other cupboards to put any clothing in. I think it's more of a 'business' hotel, geared at short stays, so, as tourists, we managed to live out of our suitcases. No airconditioning, but the windows do open. We were on the second floor and it was quiet and comfortable. Great bathroom, but be warned, the frosted glass surrounding the bathroom is see through, so if you're planning on sharing with someone you don't know that well, you will soon know them well enough:)

Comfy beds, desk and chair and tv in room and bottles of sparkling water supplied each day. No bar fridge or iron, but you can ask housekeeping for an iron and board.

Enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

we had to be in town for some business and got a great price ,so stayed for 2 nites.Generally conformed to reviews,however,we found the room very cold and not a room we wanted to spend any time in.Great location,but doesn't offer much else.Staff gave us 2 extra comforters for the second nite and that helped.Breakfast was 14 euros,so we passed.No free internet in the lobby,as advertised.What snacks? we were never offered anything but coffee in the am.There were some apples and oranges in a bowl at the desk.the tv was miniscule and only cnn and bbc.
this is a very basic,sleeping room in a great location.good price,but don't expect any extras.

I accompanied my husband on a business trip to Wiesbaden in December. His company booked us into this hotel, so we didn't have any other options for lodging. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with a lovely breakfast area and large comfortable lobby with bar and coffee available. The room was adequate in size but certainly not large. Just the essentials. No bathtub, just large shower. The bathroom facilities are interesting in that it is a corner of the room partitioned off with frosted glass walls and door. It's a clean and modern bathroom, just unusual because you have a hazy view of the bathroom activities of whoever is in there. The bed was comfortable but nothing special. Our room overlooked a lovely courtyard which was pleasant. The room is very quiet and the staff seems friendly enough. English seems to be understood by all of the staff. The location of the hotel is fabulous and is the most attractive feature of the hotel. It is near the historic center of town with pedestrian shopping area and the Christmas Market is going on during December which is simply wonderful. There are many many places to eat in the area and everything you need is within easy walking distance.
