This hotel is fine if you want to stay in Offenback, but it is too far and expensive to commute to Frankfurt Main Am.
The rooms is clean and tidy.
Breakfast is extra.
One way train ticket to Frankfurt is 3.90 Euro. If you want to visit Frankfurt city it would be better to source a hotel within Frankfurt Main Am. But for Offenbach visitors, this is a convenient and clean hotel.
Wifi was 6 Euro a night from memory.

we loved our stay at City Hotel Kaiserhof. It was a medium walk from the train station, but very easy to get to. The staff were friendly with their limited English, but always willing to help. We were provided with a fan in our room for those hot nights over the summer and extra pillows upon request. Nothing was too much trouble. The room and the shower were just perfect.

I chose a hotel in Offenbach over a hotel in Frankfurt as I was visiting relatives that live there. The hotel was a long walk from the railway station & shops & on reflection I would have preferred a hotel that was more central to the heart of the city & nearer to the shops & a little more up-market however it suited my purpose for 2 nights & the bed was comfortable & the room was a fairly generous size by European standards. It was reasonably priced however I would have expected to get breakfast included for what I paid. Probably would not stay there again unless it was spruced up a lot & they lost the artifical flowers that are everywhere & all look very tired as though they have been there for years. Staff were ok but not very friendly.

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Kaiserhof in Offenbach just outside of Frankfurt. Although outside of frankfurt it's an excellently placed hotel - just two minutes walk from the train station and a few minutes from the main Marketplaz of Offenback (though to be honest I'd make the effort and hop on the train to Frankfurt). There's even a great internet cafe a few doors down as well as a museum ten minutes walk away.

The hotel itself is very reasonably priced and although it's not in the most picturesque area we felt very safe walking into the centre quite late at night. The rooms are definately above average for the price that you pay and very clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our whole stay.

I would definately recommend hotel Kaiserhof to anyone who is looking for an above average reasonably priced hotel within a short distance of Frankfurt.
