Welcome quite good but went down hill from there. Given a room in the 100's thats downstairs from reception. Nice room but window is next to the footpath on the road outside. Shower very poor. No Wi Fi but worse no phone signal at all. Fine if on a quite break but for a working trip very poor. Dinner in the resteraunt tasted really good pity it was served cold! The worst Masage in the spa I have had.
S Bann outside front door greatt connection to center of Frankfurt.Strange no path upp yo front door you had to contend with the taxi,s.
Worth a punt if doing business in Frankfurt. Dont accept any room in the 100's

we stayed here whilst vsiting the Christmas markets in Frankfurt. very cose to the railway station with fantastic travel links. my only disappointment was the price of a very brief phonecall home (max 1min 30sec) from the hotel bedroom phone which cost over 28 euro. there are phone booths in the railway station so use them if you need to make an international call.

Stayed at this hotel a couple of times and the experience are very consistent.
Nothing about this hotel is spectacular, but it works efficiently and is reasonable priced compared to central Frankfurt. I like the value for money at this hotel.
Very easy to get to downtown on public transport.
If you are driving they have their own garage and compared to central Frankfurt is much easier to too and from the hotel.
You can check your mail on a number of hotel computers in the lobby, but internet in the room is expensive.

Due to a cancelled flight, I spent one night in this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided me with toothbrush and other necessities (my luggage was in the airport). Breakfast was good and plentiful. A very short walk to shopping areas in Offenbach and to the Bahn, which easily transports you to the more interesting city Frankfurt.
