When we're traveling south and a quick sleep at a clean, practical and cheap place is needed we always aims for this motel.
It's only a couple of minutes from A7/E45. You pay the bill when you check in. Breakfast is not extraordinary but OK, and you're back on A7 in a minute or two.
We've stayed there several times now, and will be back in a couple of weeks when we're going skiing in Austria.

Close to the motorway, absolutely quiet in the room.
Just perfect for a stop at this central point in Germany

It was an experiment to stay at a budget motel. The reason was due to lack of accomodation in Kassel for 3 adults so I booked two rooms on the internet website. The hotel room was very basic but everything was clean. The sink was outside of the bathroom which was wierd. You checked in and settled the bill up front (no checking out!) and instead of a room key you got a pass code for the room.
Breakfast was just adequate. The hotel was about 6 km from the city centre and in an industrial area, but easy access from the autobahn. No takeaway or restaurants were visible so we trecked into Kassel to eat. It was an experiment and OK for one night but I would have preffered to stay nearer to the city centre.
FYI - The staff did not speak english.
