This was a good place to stay for one night in Hanau. Clean, friendly and central. My room was at the back so pretty quiet apart from the planes but they'd be hard to escape anywhere! No A/C though so it got very hot with the windows closed.

Hanau isn't much of a destination, just for business. My room was on the first floor, front of building, so it was loud if I left the window open. Rooms were warm unless windows were open, so difficult sleeping. Also, my room was directly above smoking area, so it wafted up :( It was easy to find bakeries and restaurants nearby for breakfast (hotel breakfast was 15E). We found the McDonald's near the town square (by the Brothers' Grimm statue). My companion's room was fine, located near the back of the building, so not loud or smoky.

convenient location and decent rooms. breakfast additional and expensive; we walked to the bakery downtown. don't really know what else the town has to offer.

No food available after 11:00pm, made difficult as I arrived at 12:00am and very hungry having missed supper.

I filled out the customer feedback form, and I received a response back to my home address which I was impressed by.
I have stayed here on three occasion, I would choose to return, stay again.
Room rate is a little high.
