“Honest 3 stars, not as close to the congress center as they claim”

On the website the hotel states that the Congress Center can be reached on foot in five minutes. Well, I did it twice and would say it is more like 15 minutes, and it is no a nice walk. Otherwise, at 55 euros it was good value for money, booked a single and got quite a large double room with a view into offices right opposite. The carpet needs replacing in rooms and hall. It was rather quiet. The breakfast looked alright, but all tables were taken, and I did not feel like sharing, so left without breakfast. So I would say the breakfast room was a bit small and being in the basement did not make it more cosy. The lift was huge but also very slow. Reception very friendly and personal. The area is nothing special, tram stop is rather close and then it is only two stops to the main train station.
