We stayed 2 nights in this hotel with family. We knew the location was easily accessible from the motorway, as we did not want spend much time in the city. The hotel was as expected standard ibis quality ( perhaps ibis quality in Germany is higher than in other countries we stayed?). The fist night we got a larger room as we had booked with kid , which turned out to be spacy, but the second time we passed by we received a standard room despite the kid, which was not a problem, but smaller than the first room. The room was clean and had no problems. There was plenty of space outside the hotel in the neighboring street to park the car, therefore no need to pay for the parking garage of the hotel. The breakfast cost extra 10 € per person and was a rather rich buffet, so good value for the price, and they have not charged for the 6 year old kid. Overall good value, as we had booked 1 month in advance, for a price of 39 € for a family room.

The hotel location is not near the city center but there's a tram stop next to it (number 22) that will take you downton in a 10/15 minutes ride. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. Service and breakfast are very good. The staff is helpful.
I stayed here for a weekend. We had a special rate and it was worth every euro we pay for the room.

good value. good location, convenience and quiet. Tram no. 17 start and end at hotel pass thru Messe, Central train station and you can change the tram to no. 12 to go to old city. clean room and large, this is the best place to avoid the expensive room in the city. Breakfast (10 Euro each) is not bad, if there was hot susages or hot meal, it would be better. However, it's good value, yes! Champaign is not good for breakfast!

1.Good Location -Tram 17 starting near the hotel with excellent frequency every 10 mins during regular hours.Only 11 mins away by tram from Messe. Messe to Hauptbanhof is 5 mins approx.
2. Good breakfast.
3. Rooms have Climate control so even in summer months can get cooling without opening windows. Hotel located away from City Center so noise is not a problem, good soundproof windows too. Rooms allotted before check in time around 1030 which was welcome.

Wifi should have been free in rooms , we took a package incl of breakfast and wifi at a slightly higher cost.
Away from main shopping area Zeil (25 Mins approx by public transport) and also various restaurants located around Haupbanhoff(16 mins approx).
