We missed our flight at Frankfurt airport. It was 2am. Used "around me" search and Leonardo in Waldstrasse said "yes, we have a family room available immediately for 69 Euros. We said "we'll take it." After a 24 Euro taxi ride, the night manager solemnly told us that when we called, there had been a room for that price but now unfortunately the computer showed only deluxe rooms, priced at 104 Euros! Further, there was a difficulty accepting Visa card or paying on checkout!! We left, despite 2am with kids.

Booked this place from my mobile phone, 10 O'Clock at the side of the motorway on the way to Frankfurt.

Didn't expect much, but the room was clean, the staff were very helpful. There is scaffolding on the front of the Hotel but no noise from builders or anything.

Food wasn't available at the time but the Staff rang a local Pizza place for us. She also printed out our tickets for the Motorshow.

Breakfast in the morning was also good, fresh stuff, bread, meats, bacon, eggs etc. Pretty standard for Germany.

If your driving don't bother paying for the parking, its free on the street outside and is safe enough, save yourself 13 euros.

I stayed here on my last night in Germany since I had a mid morning flight the next morning. The hotel is very modern with very clean rooms and adequate accomodations. It was quite warm on that July evening, so the air conditioned room was beneficial. It is in a residential area which was good because it was quiet. The down side, I did not have a car, and a 2-3 block radius walk did not provide any restaurants. Lucky for me, I had eaten on the train but was in search of one final German bier. I finally settled for a beer at the hotel. The hotel does have free internet in the lobby, but there is a charge for use in your room. Breakfast the next morning was a feast. I could not believe all of the choices that were offered. My single room was 64 Euros, and I consider this hotel a great Value. They offer an airport shuttle for 2.50 euros and it took less than 10 minutes to get there. I would definitely stay there if you are looking for an airport hotel.

This hotel is located in the suburbs of Frankfurt, far away from down town and the airport. 15 min. walk to public transport. No free parking in front of hotel as parking on the streets is for residents only. hotel car park 13 Euro/night.
Hotel must be built in the 70s. Ugly concrete block. The worst was the smell in the room. I was told this was a non-smoking room, but the stale smell of smoke was almost unbearable. They had no other room. If it hadn't been so late, i would have left the hotel despite having already paid for it.
Otherwise interior design of hotel is dated. bed with split mattress. Very small TV. I could not connect to free wifi in lobby. Otherwise internet is 17 Euro per day.
Breakfast was 15 Euro/day (not tested).
Staff was friendly.
