I have been a guest at this hotel at least twice per month over the past five years. Not once have I had any issue of any significance. During my last stay I was upset by a charge on my bill (which was entirely inline with my reservation and their policies) and asked the front desk colleague to have the hotel manager contact me. After a few hours I received the call and, of course, by then had calmed down. If you are in Frankfurt Niederrad and need a place to stay, the Innside Hotel is the address you need. I have stayed at other good hotels in the area (Sheraton and NH Hotel), and I am always happy to be a guest at the Innside.

Beautiful hotel. I feel I certainly got my money's worrth cause I paid 90 Euro for a 4 star hotel through Booking.com that is very close to Frankfurt airport for early flight in the morning.
Room was very adequate and spacious, shower great, even gave free drinks from mini bar as part of the deal....only bad part (most important part to me) was that the bed mattress was very uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well. I was surprised that everything was so well set out and very, very clean but a poor nights sleep....unfortunately, I won't be returning to this hotel because of the bed....

This hotel is not very close to the center but I loved the staff and the facilities. I felt like home when we stayed there for weeks.

Excellent located in Frankfurt Niederrad if your business is in that area. Close to the airport (10min by Taxi). Rooms are functional with shower in the middle of the room. Very good breakfast. Good sauna area for a moderate price. Very cool bar and good restaurant.
