Very nice and central hotel, but as the staff could not find my reservation (Hotels.com) I needed to prove everything from payment to reservation dates. The staff acted very unprofessional in this situation and did not apologize anything. Afterall, this was not my mistake. However, we got the room fast - without paying anything extra.

If you want to visit Frankfurt and need a centrally located hotel at reasonable cost then yo won't go too far wrong with this one. Close to shopping, underground line direct to exhibition centre and not too far a walk to the old town area. I stayed there for work so didn't get to use all facilities but bar prices are ok and breakfast is plentiful to start your day. I think the train goes to the area from the airport so no need for expensive taxi fairs.

This was an unexpectedly excellent hotel - great, comfortable rooms, including a sitting room apart from the bedroom. It was very close to all the main sites, only a few minutes walk to the pedestrianised shopping precinct and the Romer district. The breakfast was great and service impeccable.

If you're visiting Frankfurt on business or pleasure you'd be hard pushed to find a reasonably priced hotel that offers such a good overall deal.

The location, ideal for the City centre, River Main and the Christmas Market (which was the reason for our trip). The rooms were both comfortable and well appointed. The general areas, reception, bar and restaurant were spacious. There's also a small gym along with sauna which is useful for working off some of the brakwurst.

Staff and service was exemplary. My only criticism was the cost of the breakfast, which at 24euros was a little pricey. That said there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby so unless your booking includes breakfast a short walk could save you 10 euros!.

On our next visit to Frankfurt we'll definitely return th the NH City Hotel.
