I stayed while at a conference for five nights in August, and I was happy with my stay. The location was good, depending on where you want to be, it was just near the main train station, with a tram stop just out the door. It was on a main road so the traffic would be a little noisy for sleeping. I believe that the single rooms are facing the road while the doubles and twins are on the quiet side of the building.

The reception staff were all very polite and helpful, there is 24 hour reception. The breakfast was good. The rooms were quite small, and the furnishing quite outdated, but if they’re not things that bother you then you’re fine.

So overall, the staff, breakfast and location were good which are important factors for me in judging a place, I would recommend this place and stay here again, but just bring earplugs if you’re senstive to noise when sleeping.

this hotel excellent proximity to Frankfurt Main Train Station. Room very clean and staff excellent. English was no problem. Great location also for walking river and streets of old frankfurt Close to river cruise and many sites. Included a wondreful breakfast and even breakfast staff made lattes or capacinos. we stayed 3 nights and had a great time

Hotel Europe consists of 2 parts. Life is the 3 star rated part and Style the 4 star part. The hotel is located about 3 minutes walk from Frankfurt Main Station. The staff is very helpful, and the hotel is modern. If you are visiting by car the staff will valed park your car. The room is stayed in 602 (rate at the time of my visit 21/10 was 79,-/night) is a very nice (and very clean too) and very modern room room with free mini bar and WIFI (which is offered you at checking in). The room has a very nice flat screen TV and also a balcony witfh seats is available. Also airconditioning with a remote control is available. The most surprising detail of the room was the bathroom with a glass wall, very nice! The hotel bar has a limited varyity of booze but the friendly bar tender compensates that 100% (also the amount of liquer poored in the glass). The breakfast was very good and you are offered eggs (scrambeled orr anyway you like). I have nee in a lot of hotels but this one is next to the Radisson in Buckarest the best I have ever visited so far.

I can only advise you to book this hotel if you want to visit Frankfurt.

We booked this hotel for it's proximity to the A.m main in Frankfurt. My husband,myself and our 1 year old had a room on the top floor, which had loads of space for us all, the free mini bar was a welcome bonus. We are English speaking and the staff had no problem communicating with us (Their English was top notch) in fact their hospitality throughout was 100%. Parking in this area is a nightmare, but the staff do everything to make sure you get a spot right in the front of the hotel, even standing in the space until you park. You will not find better staff anywhere in Frankfurt, if you want to be welcomed with open arms, where nothing is too much trouble,visit the Europa style.
