Visiting family who have been living in Frankfurt for 30 years. Picked this hotel as the location was close to their apartment. Room seemed very small, only one pane windows so you could hear all the noise from outside. Room was next to stairwell and over restaurant. Using earplugs is a must if you're a light sleeper. Had to run down for towels one day and another day ran out of kleenex. Went to frontdesk and he gave me a roll of paper towel instead :0\ Folks working frontdesk were very nice and spoke english. Had breakfast one morning and it was good, nice variety but not include in the price of the room. Even thought Germany was experiencing a horrible cold spell the duvet covers were nice and comfy and warm. Beware: do not go to Radio Shack for electrical converter. The one sold to us in Michigan did not work in the outlet in Germany or England. Would recommend but if you're an American not used to european hotels I'd use a better known hotel chain instead.
