It was snowing and raining when we drove all the way from Karlsruhe to Franfurt. The hotel was easy to locate with the help of the GPS. But the city is a distance away from all the centre of attractions.

However the frontdesk staff gave very good advice to take the train which is 5 minutes walk away rather than driving downtown though we have a car. Traffic condition was not favourable with all the snow and rain and parking would be a nightmare. Buying group tickets at the train station saved us alot as advised by the front desk staff.

We had a great time at the city centre and enjoyed visiting the Christmas markets though it was a bit wet with snow here and there.

Hotel check in was smooth and staff pleasant and friendly, all English speaking as well. Parking is underground for 12 euro per night. Hotel rooms are standard Novotel rooms, nice, clean and comfortable for a great night sleep. Early birds breakfast between 4 and 6.30 am was free with bread and butter, jams, coffee or tea. Free gift for children staying with parents as well.

No free wifi in the hotel rooms but 2 computers are available for guests to use for free at the hotel lobby. The trouble was some hotel guests, especially those in groups, disregard the free 20 minutes use per session hogging the computers from genuine users who need to use the computer for a quick check on important matters such as weather, flight details and onward hotel bookings which can be quite annoying.

Overall, this is a good hotel to stay if you don't mind the distance to the city centre. Anyway, the train station is not too far away.

As i did a short journey in germany,including three stops,staying three different hotels,certently this is the highlight.Spacious & clean room,with adequatly big bed & sofa wich can accomodate a 4 person family.Exactly as described,certently more,nothong less.Expensive breakfast however is my only objection.

I arrived Frankfurt and stay only one night for the flight back to China on the next day. The NOVOTEL is about 15 minutes far way from the airport, and it's easy to goto downtown for shopping. I'll choose the hotelk again if I would arrive Frankfurt in the future.

A very nice place, in front of the Frankfurt Messe. The rooms are good, a little more place for the clothes will be good but the rooms are ok for the rest. The service and the reception are friendly and the know really the city and the are serious. The breakfast is good, lot of choice and it's good for european people.
