The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, though I thought it was a little bit lacking in the decor. It was comfortable enough for a family of 4 with two young children. The location was a little out of the city, situated in more of a business area. but the metro gave easy access to Frankfurt. Overall our stay here was enjoyable.

this hotel gave us maximum value for money during August 2011. the location could be better but it is situated close to the Fair grounds and not the centre. The lady at reception was very helpful in showing us where there was a Pub restaurant nearby. Lovely hotel. Fantastic rooms. Great service and incredibe value for money

A good four star hotel indeed! Service, value for money and a location about 5 tram stops from the main rail station. Breakfast lacked variety,the slice bread was stale. Thank you yasser for the excellent service.

it's worth the price. staff are very friendly and handled my booking/requests quite well. i love the room and the bathroom's real clean and nice. This is the place to stop if you are looking for nice stay in frankfurt.

Very nice hotel but overnight parking charge of 12euro a bit much for staying guests. Get proper directions to hotel as it looks easy to find but because of oneway roads can be a bit difficult. Our room window overlooked busy railway line but if window is shut did not notice it much.
