stayed here for 1 night while connecting, it's an airport hotel so didn't expect much but really lots of other airport hotels have been offering superb service so I think they need to put in some effort into the hotel to make it more appealing. the buffet was not good at all. the bathroom and its amenities were very poor.

So it came up that I needed to change my reservation being delayed by two days. I was informed after having to call back the next day that I would forfeit the entire amount. So lets' just say I never have stayed there and never will. I was very impressed with the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ettlingen. In my mind this hotel is not worthy of your patronage.

Once again, I keep complaining about all stupid European hotels. They like toilet so much and they don't mind the exhaust fan not running. I don't see the exhaust fan and it is very difficult to sit inside or walk in right after somebody used.

Also the rooms are stuffy. Ventilation, Ventilation, Ventilation! Idiots don't it!

The shower sucks. The room don't have free internet. They charge hefty fees. They don't charge to pick up from airport, but they charge you back to the airport!

Food is good. Breakfast is OK as well, lots of choices.

The corridors needs complete make over, it is like walking through ghost palaces or a cheap, sleazy motel!

It's not a Four Seasons but you don't pay the price as for a Four Seasons hotel. We stayed one night at this hotel because we had an early flight next morning.
The room was ok. Clean and with necessary amenities. They have a restaurant and a separate bar which has a small menu as well. We had a good time at the bar and the food was really ok. We slept well. They offer early breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. If we need again a hotel close to Frankfurt airport we will go there again.
