This hotel seems like an adapted holiday inn inot sheraton. Rooms are small and with basic ammenities, internet is very expensive 16.95 euros/day, and location is not that great. If you attend the Messe Frankfurt you have to do one train transfer to get there and walk 500 meters to the station.

I think it would be a good acommodation if you look at rates in the very low hundreds, but paying 130+ for this hotel is not really worth it considering other options.

Used this hotel during an extended layover in Frankfurt between international flights. The location is a bit out of the way in a business park setting but has reasonable access to downtown. Taxi fare from the airport was 20 euros.
Overall the service was very good and the the room was well appointed and very clean. Some noise from the flightpath to the airport but not excessive.
Easy access to the tram accross the street and the S-bahn about 500m walk down the road.
Meals at the hotel and the internet were pricey.
Sleep quality was very good

I stayed at the Sheraton Frankfurt Congress Hotel Nov. 18-20, 2011 and was not impressed at all! The hotel lobby area is nice enough but the room was something out of the 80's and horribly decorated. Be careful of fake mini bar fees, excessive internet charges and the room service staff adding things to your order and then charging you 3 times more than what you ordered initially!

The bed was small and uncomfortable. I took the comforter off because it had ugly stains on it and didn't appear clean.

The restaurant is less than impressive and the hotel is located off the beaten path not close to anything. You can take the tram easily but if you're on a leisure trip you might consider something closer to the city center. I didn't get any help from the front desk staff but as I was waiting for the train I met a hotel employee who helped me purchase a pass for the tram and he also helped me get to the central train station.

To further insult me the hotel manager emailed me demanding I pay for my room and insinuating that I checked out without paying for my room. I prepaid for the room and after questioning her further she then said I owe for trumped up charges for internet, phone, food, etc..

If you have an opportunity to stay elsewhere consider staying at another hotel and saving yourself the headache.

This hotel situated between the airport & City(15 minutes ride both ways). Neighborhood is very quite and ideal for business travelers. Zeil Shopping area is 15 minutes away and will cost euro 2.40 by tram (No.12). Tram station is right in front of the hotel .Other than the hotel restaurant, there is an indian restaurant and a japanese soup outlet.Hotel is very clean and rooms are adequately spacious. Everyone at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. WiFi in the rooms is expensive but there are couple of desktops available in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler.
