I stayed here while attending the Christmas World fair at the Messe. Despite paying over 250 Euros for one night, on arrival i was told i was not in the Hotel and would be put up in the 'Apartment' building. This was because the hotel was full and they had a first come first served policy, despite booking 6 months in advance i was never told this. The Apartment building was two streets away, cold and with no facilities. The room was also cold, the heating was broken and the internet cable was broken. The only saving grace was the room was clean. I complained but they were unwilling to move me and my colleagues and were only willing to reduce our bill by 15 Euros. Poor service, expensive and disappointing.
