Great, shopping street 'Zeil' in a 3-5 min walk from the hotel, in the city center. all the big banks are within a walkable distance. Gay corner is also within a 5-10min walk!. Hotel is located right at the exit of a U bahn station

Room
Optimized without a seperate bathroom, instead a glas shower to make the room wider, neutral tones, sleek design. room correctly heated and ventilated. room service was good quality.
+ Iron works properly! always have to iron shirts for the week on my 1rst nights and it doesnt happen so often to have one which gives you a wrinkle free shirt
+ hotel got its 5 points review cause of course internet in free of charge (just the way it should be)

Breakfast
On the top floor, frankfurt skyline, selection of bread, yoghurt, fruits and pastries. Besides eggs and coffee are ordered from your table and served the way you would like to have them.
Ok clientele atmosphere is a wee bit uptight but I guess it goes with the room price

There is also this attraction, the elevator without front door, constantly going up and down during day time. seems a bit scary but try it once, you will love it

I booked my colleague and myself at the Fleming's Deluxe for a recent business trip and found that it was even better than I thought. Our rooms were the size of a squash court, there were hi-tech tricks to limit energy waste, the shower was gorgeous, the cleanliness level was top standard (and I am a neat freak).
The breakfast room (and the breakfast itself) were stunning.
The reception people have been very helpful in many circumstances.
The central location has worked very well too for the purposes of a business trip.
There isn't more to add when everything truly is 5 stars.
I have highly recommended it to my colleagues for the next trade show in Frankfurt and we will make our booking there for the next year.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Frankfurt. Walking distance to the shopping area Zeil and many restaurants and cafes. It seats right above an U Bahn station (U1-2-3-8) so transportation is not a problem. Double with the walking distance to the HauptWach which is about 3 minutes and you get a best. As a business traveler the tings that interest me are comfortable very quite room, great bed and an excellent shower. The Fleming's is good on all accounts. Free hi speed WiFi round it up nicely. The room is not big but the see through shower booth help in making it feeling more open then it really is. Nice kinky feature... Breakfast was petit but good although the staff there is not as attentive as you'd expect. The view from the roof top restaurant is it's best feature and worth the seat. I wish the Air Con would have functioned better which it should have for this style and level of accommodation.

Check in & welcome: went smoothly and friendly
Room: a little bit small, the mattress was a bit too soft, the bed was not very broad
Bar: great bar on the top floor with terrace and a perfect view over Frankfurt, really a hot spot, great service and very friendly waiters
Breakfast: friendliest service experience for a long time, great choice
Concierge: did not reply to our inquiries for nearly half a day, there was not laundry service, even though the reception desk offered to wash the clothes, they were not ironed afterwards
