Stayed here, as I was attending a conference, conference center was right next door, hotel is very good with nice rooms. Only issue was there was a annual circus next door and the practice till late with loud music, but not really a problem. Has an above average breakfast.

Stayed here a few times now, it is pleasant business hotel. It is perfectly suited to the role, but it's not in itself an exceptional hotel.

I recently stayed at the Welcome Hotel for the second time. It is a fairly new hotel, well located close to the centre of Darmstadt, convenient for walking to restaurants, shops etc. Room was fine, service was fine but not exceptional. Restaurant overlooks a park, nice outlook, food good but reasonably expensive. My room was close to the street so a bit noisy but nevertheless much quieter than the two Maritim hotels near the railway line that I have stayed in previously....which are not great if you are there for business and jet lagged and need sleep. Would choose this hotel again for future visits to Darmstadt

Picked up this hotel after reviews and rating from trip advisor. Hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Cheap and low quality furniture, paint on wall in bathroom is dropping off. Even my german language is better than staff's english. May be this hotel is good for business but not for romantic for sure. I had a amazing view from 4 floor on the wall and roof, "totally love it".... On the day of my check in, i found on the floor in my room some parking tickets which tell a lot about cleaning service. Same with shower. i cleaned it half an hour before i can use it. It was whole covered with mold and plaque. Please take a look at photos of the hotel which i attached.
