Guestroom: appropriate for the price, sleeping quality was good. Bathroom modern, supplies however pathetic (better bring your own shower gel). Flooring dirty carpet.
Breakfast: OK-ish, but could be better, in particular the coffee was too watery.
Parking: public parking on road is insufficient, do not expect to find a parking lot!
Location: walking distance to main train station and classic German Braustüb'l restaurant (and others)
While the hotel itself is average, the parking issue would rule it out for me in the future.
