We booked in for one night on the way home to the UK from Poland. The Sleep and Go was conveniently placed just off the Autobahn, which is why we chose it. Easy parking. The room was spotless with an en-suite wet room (although the toilet roll holder had a life of its own and sprang open with a deafening clang...) and clean bed linen that made you feel you were the first to use them. (So why the pins holding the curtain seams together?) Good reception experience. Croatian restaurant with beer garden is off the lobby. Restaurant offers a good choice of food (and beer), both of which are welcome after a long drive. Attentive staff.
The hotel occupies a site with a 24/7 petrol station, a garden furniture/houseware outlet and a supermarket, so there is constant traffic noise. Our room overlooked the petrol station where a series of lorries parked up for a few hours before pulling out, only to be replaced by other lorries. This was constant. As it was really warm in July, we either had to have the window open and put up with the noise, or close the window and get no air.
Breakfast had to be pre-booked at reception when checking in: you chose Level 1 or Level 2 breakfast - for which you were given meal tickets - which was served in a small room off the lobby. As we wanted to push off fairly early, we chose the cheaper/quicker option, which turned out to be what we were promised: a roll, a juice, coffee and a limited option from the buffet. It wasn't worth what we paid. Once again the member of staff was lovely. It's a shame we didn't know about the supermarket until we went on a reccie as we would have bought frut juice, rolls and fruit from there for breakfast.
'Sleep and Go'? Well, unfortunately not. Take earplugs!
