its contemporary medium sized hotel, room is decorated to simple and sleek standards. TV screen size could be bigger, choice of channels is not that great specially for non-german people. BBC CNN and CNBC is the only english choice! rest in german or dutch.
wi-fi is not included in standard rate nor does the breakfast, however if you take bussiness package you pay for the breakfast cost and get the wifi free!

I have stayed twice at this hotel both visits were for two weeks and found it very satisfactory.

The standard rooms offer all the desired conveniences. Although I do recommend adding wine glasses and cork screw to the room-beverage layout and the amount of clothes hangers was laughable.
I found the cleaning crew to be somewhat slow, but I will add that the outcome was always pleasing, finding every detail attended to from fresh linens, replenished toiletries to overall cleanliness. In my opinion above average.
I highly recommend putting your card in the slot anytime you are in the room, or you may find yourself embarrassed by an unexpected staff visitor entering unannounced to do restocking or quality assurance checks. Even with the do-not-disturb sign up.
The room was spacious and very nicely laid out. The lighting and decor was soothing and comfortable. The sauna & steam rooms are exceptional and something I quite look forward to on return visits.
The staff appears to be mixed company. Some are genuinely friendly and helpful while others appeared to be disdainful of the normal social politeness one would expect in a customer oriented employment.

Once I arrived on an early flight and was denied early check-in, furthermore the front desk staff did not direct me to a lounge or place to rest and wait.
The menu is limited, the after-hours meals aseem to be pre-made and so cannot be modified or substituted and there is very little over-all available for vegetarians. Michael Angelo Italian restaurant is right around the corner (an easy 2 minute walk, even in rain) and not only is the food delicious they offer take-away.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. I had a room with open shower, good size, very nicely done and very modern. Lunch can also be recommended in the hotel restaurant. Good service, good food. It's quite central and you can walk to "Jungfernstieg" which is about 15-20 minutes walk by foot. Only negative thing: you have to pay to use Internet in your room! They do have 2 internet stations for guests in the lobby which are free to use. They also have a fitness center and a sauna at the top floor which is very nice to use during the day (very few people).

I was on business for one night, and was very positively impressed with the hotel. For a frequent business traveler like me, who arrived late to the hotel, it had everything you need, meaning, very close to the airport, a very beautiful and clean room, nice bed, great shower, fast and good quality room-service, ........everything Ok, with one only exception: the high speed internet, was not high speed at all, and the performance was very bad. For the rest, a would have not doubt to come here again, and also to recommend the hotel for both, business travelers and tourists.
