I stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending training at the Airbus HQ. The hotel is some distance from the airport. You can take a bus from the airport to the end of the line & then take a ferry. Cheaper option but it does take 1h 30m in all. I can't remember the bus number, if you ctc the hotel, they should be able to inform you.

Staff very friendly & nice. I ate in town one night & went walking around the area another night. There were very few restaurants / bars in this area. This is the downfall of the location.

I would rate this a 4.5* hotel. The whole of the hotel was immaculate!

Clean room with Elbe river view. No TV set only a 23 inch LCD. Nice staff with good service. The only bad thing is nothing much to eat nearby.

I like this hotel because of the fresh & clean modern decor throughout. Room are furnished and decorated to a high standard. Good cardio & sauna facilities; beware the mixed sauna if you're not used to that sort of stuff! By it's location, the hotel is clearly geared toward visitors to Airbus plant. Not close to the centre on Hamburg, but you can catch a ferry-ride there from right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is clearly located to catch business travellers (Airbus). It is on the 'wrong' side of the Elbe river but there is a ferry directly in front of the hotel (taxis from the centre could be expensive and the airport is a good distance away).

The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are comfortable and spacious though the rooms looking over the river are probably worth the little extra.

The service, however, lets the hotel down. I arrived at around 22:30 to find the restaurant closed and no room service. The only option was a sandwich or pasta in the bar. There are very few options for eating out nearby. The restaurant itself has a limited and not very inspiring choice.

Generally the hotel rooms are comfortable but the limited eating options and distance from centre are constraints for holiday travellers.
