When we first arrived the front desk could not find our reservation. After a few minutes of confusion that was worked out, but he kept asking if we were sure we were at the right hotel. The room and the breakfast service were average for German standards, nothing special.
The bus into the city center (train station) did take about 15 minutes - less late at night when there were fewer passengers. This is OK if you don't plan to go abck and forth to the hotel.
There aren't any nice restaurants near by.
If looking for a inexpensive place then I would recommend it.

“Nice place to stay”
Stayed one night at the Elbbrucken during our visit to Germany. Staff was attentive and the rooms spotlessly clean. Outstanding breakfast included in our room rate. There is a bus stop close to the hotel that we took to downtown in just a few minutes.
Only negative to the hotel is the significant road noise you can hear at night.
