Stayed for business trip, ideal location for airport, clean, efficient, friendly, does everything you expect - I will have no problems returning to this hotel (in fact I will be in January)

Rooms are very comfortable and supper and breakfast actually very good. Nothing of interest nearby, but its 10 minutes from the airport, and if you have meetings in the area hard to fault

Although chosen for the location, it is not easy to get to by public transport to either airport or city center. Not a big issue if it wasn't for the sour outlook of the hotel area, the limited possibilities for eating out and the outside of the hotel itself. Howver, inside it is compensated. Staff is friendly (certainly compared to other German or large brand hotels) and certainly helpful in arranging things. Hotel bar is nice and you can eat simple but good at it. Rooms are sufficiently spacious, but do not expect a ballroom or a swiming pool, and equiped with facilities. The blankets are quite small, but the beds are good.

I just returned home from a 10 days stay in Hamburg. This time at the Best Western Queens Hotel and I must say I was truly Impressed with the wonderfully nice staff at this hotel. On my last trip to Hamburg I stayed closer to down town at a "NH" hotel and every request I made to the staff was greeted with an answer of "NO".. Here at the Queens they were extremely nice and made my stay very pleasant. The recommendations the staff made for restaurants around this Business area hotel were spot on. Another bonus is the Rubenkamp "S" Bahn (above ground train) station is only a 10 minute walk and you can get to anywhere in Hamburg quickly from there.. The rooms are a bit small but the outstanding breakfast more than made up for that. Internet might be expensive (My room it was included). If your staying North of Hamburg this hotel deserves a look..
