This was a surprice when I reached in the Hotel and understood it was a coal warehouse in olden days, and now a swanky and cool hotel, it has even retained some machinery inside the hotel area, it gives a designer look and is a class apart, and the morning breakfast at the coffee shop is just great, it is the place you should consider to stay when in Hamburg.
This hotel is cool and cozy and gives you a good feeling, the staff are also friendly and nice.
The food at the restaurant is great.

My husband and I were quite pleased with our room at this hotel. The bathroom was good, and the linens were quite nice as well. The room staff was accomodating and the cleanliness - as with all the German hotels we have stayed in - was top notch. Location was so so, to be honest. Quite out of the way. We took the rail from the airport and there were no cabs when we got out, so we had to haul our luggage up a hill and several blocks - it was warm that day - and we were pretty sweaty when we got to the hotel!

What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be. Located within what once probably used to be some sort of industrial factory the hotel offers an amazing restaurant which serves a very god breakfast - our meeting room was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is not quite as central as I had hoped for but the hotel more than makes up for it with its brilliant ambiance. Try it out - you won't be disappointed!

Stayed in businessclassroom. Very nice, light with big windows facing a quiet street. Good bathroom without bathtub. Very good selection of english speaking channels on TV, one of the best in any hotel I´ve stayed at. Very good and friendly staff. Small Spa, no pool and two small saunas. Good food and drinks in the restaurant. Location of hotel a bit off, some nice streets with cafes and shopping about 20 min walk but recommend taxi/subway/bus to center of Hamburg.
