I took my young family here a few weeks prior to Christmas for a short break and found the hotel to be a fantastic choice - we were treated like royalty and we're entirely satisfied with everything. Our room was a junior suite which although expensive, was a nice treat. Would recommend highly.

Very nice hotel indeed.

The first pleasant surprise upon arrival was an upgrade, so we got a very comfortable room at the top floor of the hotel. The room was discretely and (to my opinion) tastefully designed. Bathroom wasn't the largest, but well disposed. During our stay there were three minor flaws, but instead of focusing on them, I will mention that the staff was very helpfull and extremely fast responding to any issues we had, so everything was swiftly corrected - great job!
Two minor suggestions for improvement to the hotel would be: Not everyone drinks coffee, so even though the room is equiped with espresso-machine, a boiler and a tea-bag would be appreciated - and so would complementary wi-fi connection.

The hotel itself is situated within 5 minutes walking distance to shopping centres, main street, restaurants and underground station, so park the car and enjoy the city.

All in all: Will I return to this hotel in the future? Probably.
