Stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights as it seemed the only one I could get a room in, something to do with the boat show at the Messe apparently.
The rooms are supposed to be refurbished but mine was looking a little tired. As others have commented, no pictures, just plain walls. The room was small-ish but OK for what I needed.
There is no room service or restaurant at this hotel, so the evening I arrived I went to the Italian across the road that reception recommended. Please don't bother unless you like curry, the owners are Indian and my pizza tasted of curry.
The internet access is free in the lobby, but in the rooms it is 10.70 euros for 24 hours. Not too bad except that its painfully slow - they claim 256kbit/s but I never got anything near that rate.
The room faced onto the main road and although not really noisy, there was a background traffic noise all the time. And with no air conditioning it must be bad in summer - at least in November I could turn the radiators off (it was far too hot when I arrived).
All of this may be just about excusable, were it not for the rate: 295 euros for 2 nights including breakfast. Considering the week before I'd stayed in the (much nicer) Mercure for about half the price, I shan't be going back to this hotel.
