Great value for money combined with great personal service. Solid breakfast and well apportioned rooms. Staff is very helpful and effcicient with arranging transport/taxis etc. This hotel scores well on all hospitality parameters. Well and centrally located. Choice of international newspapers provided in breakfast room as well as in lobby. Good selection of TV channels. In summary: super experience.

Hotel was good, only had a suna and no gym, which was a little disappointing. Only five minutes walk to the train station and one stop to central station. Room was clean, but the bed was rubbish didn't sleep well at all, which made me get up and eat breakfast however breafast was excellent.

Germany was our third country on our honeymoon, and Hamburg was dirtier and more "punk rock" then what we had anticipated, but the Murcure was a very nice hotel. Helpful staff. Great food at resturant. It's not too bad of a walk to/from the train station
