Charged me twice, after 6 weeks still no refund. Had to make several phone calls already always the same blabla they would deal with the case and refund the money...nothing ever happens, very unprofessional.
Generally the Hotel is alright and the staff was friendly but I wont go back as it was my first stay with Mercure and I had a bad experience straight away. zero points.

Airport hotel which needs pick up and about 30 mins to get you to receptions (15 min wait after calling the minibus and 15 min drive, as they stop at another hotel on the way). Friendly staff. Big issue is the internet which is free in lobby & bar areas but slow and I had problems with my iPhone and VPN. Rooms are basic with small (not very wide) beds. No airport noise.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. I had –yet again- a very short night so I did not use full amenities in this hotel. There is free internet in the lobby (bar), which is always nice. I had a few beers and a small snack. Everything was served with a smile. Nothing to complain about! Rooms are OK but contained an old TV. There was no mini-bar (somewhat annoying), and the bathroom was outdated which is odd for a [self-proclaimed] 4* hotel. Internet is €10/24 hrs (Europe need to wake up and realize internet should not be a money maker). Parking €13/night. Fairly common in Europe but not cheap. I got a good deal on this hotel and would stay here again for the same (rough) price. Anything much pricier would certainly warrant a look around.

The Hamburg Mercure Hotel was excellent! I can stay all year in this hotel. Staf in high level they allways helpfull, frendly and welcoming. Rooms are large you can feel confortable. Perfect shuttle bus from the airport yo need to call an bus is in 4 minutes in airport. Hotel is very clean, and in perfect desighn for busines and family travels:) I will be always recomndet this hotel!

My stay at the Hamburg Mercure Hotel was excellent. The reception staff went out of their way to help; they were very welcoming and friendly and it set the tone for my one-night stay.
I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and again, it was served in a very professional and friendly way, which made me feel valued, as a lone traveller.
The quality of my room and bed was excellent and I got a restful and peaceful night's sleep.
Breakfast fayre was up to the expected standard and set me up for the day.
My stay at the Mercure was completed with a free shuttle-ride, (which I shared with an Australian pop group!) to Hamburg Airport, which was only 10 minutes away.
I would definitely recommend the Mercure Hotel for friendliness and comfort and will stay there again.
