We stayed at the Park Hyatt Hamburg for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The property is located in a great area close to shopping and restaurants. The common areas of the property are beautiful with lots of natural wood decor. Our king room was modern and nicely decorated. The hotel has a nice fitness area which we unfortunately didn't have time to use. Everything about the property was tasteful, clean and fashionable.

As for the service, the front desk staff, concierges and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. As Diamond Gold Passport members, they really treated us well, bringing us welcome drinks and appetizers and acknowledging us by name throughout the stay. Keep up the good work.

Whenever we go to Park Hyatt Hamburg, we know it will be great. Not so many restaurants and bars. Not so many people. Just the exact amount of everything.
Location: the best: near shopping area, near historical buildings, near train stations, near everything.
Service is great, personnel super friendly and professional. Great.
Breakfast is something else.
