Surely they did everything it takes to satisfy the hotel classification system, but not an inch more. Whenever I talked to somebody at the reception, the person simply DID NOT LISTEN. (Example: "Please the room charge on one invoice and minibar, telephone etc. on another." - "Yes, sure", said the receptionist and printed everything on one invoice.) Whenever there was a problem they just said "there is a problem", but did nothing to solve it. I'm sure there is something going wrong behind the scenes. If you're insensible to these kind of "mood disturbances" and to service people with long faces and growling voices, it's okay - the bed was good, the room first class. I was glad when I was out again and I am not willing ever to come back.
