One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Extraordinarily friendly staff! Clean room, we got the apartment with two rooms, small kitchen and beautiful back yard with swing. We traveled with 13 yo doughter, so it was a nice surprise to have a separate room :) Great location, very good breakfast and very cozy breakfast room! Reception is open till 21:00 in comparison with other hotels (till 18:00). Very close to the train station where the train to Berlin departs and to the bike rent station. Hotel offers a free bike rental service and it's important because exploring Potsdam by bike is something special!! We really enjoyed staying there and can't wait to go back.
