“good location but crowded with spiders”

Booked one room on this boat for a weekend stay in beautiful Bremen. Hotel boat perfectly located in the heart of Bremen on river Weser at the "Schlachte".
Anyhow room was crowded with spieders (guess due to the water) , had mor than a dozen of them in the room / bath room.
There were also a lot of residues of dead spiders which were killed before. Furthermore room and bath room not very tidy. Spiderwebs all around.
Breakfast not that good.
Overall too much money for too less comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.
