Stayed at this hotel twice. The rooms are a good size, clean and modern with decent sized bathroom and spacious shower. The location is great for the Bremen Freimarkt and the breaksfast contains a wide choice of items, including hot food.

The rooms are quiet but the roooms that face to the front of the building are preferable to those that look onto the platforms.

Stayed at this Hotel for two nights 8th / 10th November and I have to say I was very pleased overall. Reluctant to review this Hotel because I agree with most of the other comments. I have stayed at two other Hotels in Bremen including the Swissotel, and the Intercity came out very well. The rooms are very nice and clean with basic decor, and the bathroom was clean and modern with dispensing gels for both the washbasin and spacious shower. The Hotel being next to the Railway Station and tram stop, gives it a good location for both transport and the nearby town centre. I found the room to be quiet even although it looked onto one of the platforms. I know you do not travel to look at the TV but there are no English speaking channels. Good rate Via dhr.com of £54 per night including breakfast which I have to say was varied and of good quality.

We had reserved the disabled room MONTHS before and checked the booking in the week before. But on arrival it had been given to other people three days earlier and we were offered a standard room for the same price where I could not have used the bathroom . Worse than that the receptionist didn't care, didn't appologise, made no attempt ot help. We left in total disgust.

Professional service, I like the reception's style of communication. Central location and spacious hall with reasonable price, one single room during weekdays with breakfast is charged 60 euro. Breakfast is fairly good. Room is clean, en en so far not disappointed by German room cleaness standard. Plus, good wall to keep noise away.

Minor downsides:
Queen bed is even a bit less 'Queen' for a lady 160cm, the duvet cover is just just longer than myself. Queen bed may be better matched with 2 pillows I believe.

Above all, stay there for business is good.
