My family and I stayed here for 3 days during the world cup. Our room was clean, nicely furnished and in a very quiet location. The area was safe and within a 5 minute walk to a U-Bahn Station. The only negative was the check in hours are very selective, only a couple hours in the morning and a couple hours in the evening. We were lucky and found someone who could get us into our room because we missed the morning check-in hours. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel. Only 9-10 rooms, so it is almost like having your own apartment without a kitchen.
