Actually it's not a hotel - it's serviced appartments. The reception is not 24/7 so you have to keep this in mind if you're checking in late. The location is good was good for my needs, as my business didn't involve the city centre. It's a quiet residential neighborhood, with lots of parking space.
The rooms (I can't call them appartments) are rather spacious, there is a small kitchen with some basic equipment and it all looks clean and tidy, although not hi tech - CRT TV. The breakfast was more than acceptable, although strangely during my two night stay I could have breakfast only once. A real shock was the extremely expensive wi fi rate. It should be free.
All in all, considering the price, a good value for money choice.

“A better location is the ONLY thing missing!”

This was my second stay in two months and can't imagine a better place to stay. The only reason not to stay here would be it's location, which in my (our) opinion is actually not that bad.........it's in a quiet residential neighborhood with no touristy things around it, but if you're driving or willing to walk a few blocks to the bus stop, the value of the Clipper Garden cannot be touched by city centre hotels.
If driving, the abundant, free and always available parking is a dream in a city where parking is horrid.
If you're staying a little longer, the free washing machines and dryers (8 of each) are very handy.
The daily breakfast buffet is always excellent, the suites are spotless and the kitchens are very convenient for preparing a light meal or keeping drinks/snacks. Have a look at their website, it's an excellent value. I'll be back for sure.
