I stayed in a studio apartment owned by Pension Elefant just down the road from the actual bed and breakfast. The apartment was wonderful and the staff incredibly helpful!

The apartments are completely furnished and have many pamphlets for sight seeing in Berlin. Likewise, the owners were very interested in making my stay enjoyable and were very helpful in giving pointers of where to go and what to see.

Berlin is a very easy city to navigate. The apartment was about an hour walk to the Parliament and Brandenburg gate through the Tiergarten (a beautiful leafy section of central Berlin perfect for strolling). There is also an underground station right out the door for those who want to reach more distant places in the city. The location of the apartment was in a nice section of former West Berlin easily accessible from the airport for a reasonable cab fare.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel! The location was great, the apartment well-furnished and comfortably livable, and the owners were absolutely fantastic hosts!

We chose to stay at one of the apartments owned by Pension Elefant in Berlin and our 8-day-stay in Berlin was excellent. When we arrived in Berlin and came to the pension we're met by Reiner, one of the owners of the pension. He's the nicest person, so helpful and cheerful! The pension is situated in a great, leafy and quiet neighborhood, close to KaDeWe and the shopping area. The apartment we stayed in was just around the street. The apartment was super clean, with all the necessary facilities you might need! Coffee machine- which is a great idea for starting a day! All the necessary appliances in the kitchen, we haven't even had a need in a hair dryer we brought with us, cause there was a hair dryer in the apartment. Tv and dvd player is there, as well as Wifi connection. In short, the owners did our utmost best to make their guests feel at home! As I said the location is great, five min walk to Wittenbergplatz U-bahn station. The supermarket-Kaiser is near the U-bahn station to buy all the necessary things you may need during your stay. We really enjoyed our stay in Berlin, and I'd definitely recommend the Pension for your travels! Thanks Reiner and Ole!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Pension Elefant and were extremely satisfied with our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, and our hosts were very attentive to our needs as travelers. Great breakfast, great service, good location. A great place to stay during the Advent season and see the Christmas markets or visit museums.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this warm and quiet place. The hosts are nice and friendly. The place is close to all the facilities and everything is easy to reach. The movida is there and all the best gay places are just around the corner (or just in front of the building!).
