As a seasoned business traveller I found this hotel's attention to detail sadly lacking. Stuff goes wrong anywhere - its how you put it right that counts. Be warned if it goes wrong there is no follow through - shame because fundamentally it could be a good package apart from tiny beds.

Well located , conference facilities were good and flexible with plenty of support. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed but a bit on the cold side as the 'heating' found the extreme temperatures hard to cope with and was noisy. Wifi was good in all areas and lots of space to find a nook to work in. Food good quality and variety. Would use again

This hotel exists for one purpose only - to serve Business people in need of a fully functioning Business hotel. It does that job quite well. Reception is spacious and well manned meaning queues were fast moving. The rooms are clean, tidy and come with (limited) desk space and free wifi. Bathrooms are fine although the shower is not powered and as such is a disappointment. TV channels include a good selection of UK channels - a home from home. The breakfast room is big but still manages to feel overly full as the self service food area is tightly packed. The bar area is poor - too small and it is sometimes hard to get served. It is also in direct line with the Hotel's front door so the minus 16 temperatures outside made the bar very cold. Having stayed a few time in Berlin I would say there are better Business hotels than this.

Me and a pal stayed at this hotel the week in between Xmas and New Year. It's in a good location close to Underground etc. and buses. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with a great shower. The staff were helpful and multi-lingual, so no problems for us as we speak no German. We did the breakfast (as an extra) one morning, but thought it a little pricey at €21, after all, there is only so much you can eat at breakfast. I would stay again as I plan to visit Berlin again in the summer.
