We stayed at the TopDomizil Apartments on Wallstrasse for 3 nights, literally across the road from the Spittelmarkt metro station on the U-Bahn line. The apartment was fully-furnished and had nice decor, internet access and even a big-screen TV in the corner waiting to be set up. The kitchen was fully-equipped but unfortunately we didn't stay long enough to make use of it. Very spacious and nice, clean bathroom. Bad point - although there are air conditioning dials etc on the walls, there is actually no air-conditioning and so the apartment became quite hot at night (in July, when it was 36 degrees during the day!) and therefore we didn't sleep all that well. Although the apartments were in a quieter area of town, the U-Bahn was so convenient it was easy to get to the centre of town, and it was only a 15-20 minute walk to Checkpoint Charlie anyway. If airconditioning was installed this place would be fantastic, especially for a longer stay.

We stayed at a remote apt on Wallstrasse, very clean and perfect for a business person as very well-equipped but we found it a bit out of the way and not very welcoming. There is a U-banh station literally outside the front door which makes for easy access to everything, but the area and street are very very quiet. Not the place to go if you want to go out at night or see other people.

This apartment was in a perfect location for all the city centre attractions, with a supermarket just opposite.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was as expected but the carpet smelled and had coffee stains and cigarette burns. The sofa had also been burned by cigarettes.
Anyone stopping here is also recommended to take mosquito repellent as they are a big problem in summer and with no air conditioning it gets very warm with the windows closed.
This apartment was worth the 339 euros for 5 nights stay, but i would pay no more.
