High ratio quality/price.
Rooms are not really large and the bathroom was complete, the shower a little too little !!!
Breakfast was OK and the people really friendly.
Few minutes from bus ans subway.
At the end we ( my wife and myself) strongly reccomend this hotel if you want to spend few money ( 60 euro/room by night) and enjoy the beautiful Berlin

We've just spent a very nice weekend in Berlin staying at Haus Konstanz. The place is definitely worth recommending. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel has been refurbished and it started operating two months ago.

This is a great hotel. Friendly staff, non-smoking and quiet. We had a triple room which was very spacious. Excellent breakfast and free wifi. This is well recommended

I was a little concerned when I booked this hotel as I thought it may be a far from the town centre but as the U bahn is only a five minute walk away you can be anywhere in Berlin in 15 minutes, timetable premiting. Within ten minutes walk there are loads of restaurants and bars so I had no need to worry about the area being to quite in terms of nightlife. The man at reception was a bit Basil Fawlty but overall we had no real problems.
