My wife, daughter and I booked a triple room for 89 Euros/night (including breakfast buffet). It was well worth the price. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom fully appointed.

The hotel (also know as the Hotel Villa Konstanz) is 7 KM southwest of the Brandenburger Tor. The closest Metro station (Konstanzer. Str.) is only three blocks away, so access to all areas of Berlin is easy. The hotel is 3 KM NE of the Grunewald, a huge forest with excellent walking/jogging paths. There is plenty of space for off-street parking (no additional charge).

The street in front of the hotel is noisy but the double pane, well insulated windows cut out virtually all exterior noise. The breakfast buffet is excellent with numerous options.

The staff was friendly and helpful. In particular, they took care of reservations needed to visit the Reichstag (3-day advance booking is the norm).

Room Tip: Top floor, triple room is quiet and spacious

“perfect stay”

Lovely stay in this small but ideal, budget hotel. Near the underground, which runs out to the airport, and easy to get into the centre. Based in Wilmersdorf which is a nice area, well located for bars and restaurants.
Privately run by some very nice, friendly people, excellent breakfast. We had a triple room which was large with en suite bathroom and shower.
Very happy with all aspects of our stay and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

“Wonderful stay at the Hotel Konstanz”

This is a great find in Berlin - not too far from either Konstanzerstr. or Fehrbelliner Plazt U-Bahn stations or the Ku'Damm at Adenauer Platz. Our room was large and very comfortable. We were surpised that there were a lot of people staying at the pension it was so quiet. The choice at breakfast was amazing. We would highly recommend staying at the the Hotel Konstanz.

“Great pension in Berlin”

High ratio quality/price.
Rooms are not really large and the bathroom was complete, the shower a little too little !!!
Breakfast was OK and the people really friendly.
Few minutes from bus ans subway.
At the end we ( my wife and myself) strongly reccomend this hotel if you want to spend few money ( 60 euro/room by night) and enjoy the beautiful Berlin

“Cosy Haus Konstanz”

We've just spent a very nice weekend in Berlin staying at Haus Konstanz. The place is definitely worth recommending. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel has been refurbished and it started operating two months ago.
