Stayed at the Winters Hotel for new year on a deal with LateRooms, and found the hotel everything you would need from a city hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a good size, the bathroom was smart and it was incredibly clean and the breakfast was good. Location was convenient, not the prettiest part of town but plenty going on. The only downside was our bedroom permanently smelled of cigarettes which was odd considering neither of us smoke. All in all great hotel, would use again.

This hotel is very well located in a central area. Near subway stations and also Checkpoint Charlie which usually is a point of interest.
In the hotel, rooms are excellent and amenities provided make a difference.
Some restaurants are close enough that you can walk. Never tried food at the hotel.

An excellent, excellent hotel - having stayed at approximately ten or so four-star hotels around Europe this year, this one has been the best by far. Very central yet quiet location, beautiful room with comfortable bedding, attentive and friendly staff (all we encountered spoke very good English, which was so helpful as our German is unfortunately rather basic), free internet in the lobby and all for an extremely reasonable price. Would stay here again in a heartbeat - highly recommend.

The Hotel is within easy walking distance of Kochstrasse Station on the U6 line 3 stops from Freidrichstrasse Station.
The Rooms are spotless, adequate size with well appointed en suite shower rooms.
There can be some early morning Road noise from, Wihlelmstrasse if you are in rooms with numbers above about 10 on each floor and sleep with open windows like ourselves.
This was a pity as we found the beds extremely comfortable and we slept well until the Road noise.
Breakfast is excellent though not included in Room Rate despite misleading information on some booking sites.
Like most European Hotels there is no Tea/Coffee making equipment and no fridge in the Standard rooms at least. Beware the expensive bottle of water left in the room.
