Good hotel, prime location, "abwechslungsreich" breakfast (especially on the weekend it is open till 12 o'clock). Free wi-fi on the room, helpfull and nice people. So fully recommended!

Reservation was made over hotels site and all wishes which I wrote during reservation (higher floor, bed type...) was in the system and we got room exactly we asked. Check-in was quick and easy.
Deluxe room is wonderfull, more then spacious, nice view through big windows (from 9th floor) and walk-in closet. Bed is very comfortable (there is no king size bed, only two twin beds). Bathroom is spacious too, separated bathtub and walk-in shower, with very rich amenities.
Staff at the reception is very helpful and have good recommendation for restaurants. At weekends you can take breakfast until 11.30 (excelled after Berlin’s nightlife). I must say that breakfast is really 5*, colorful and rich. Hotel also has spa area (gym + sauna).
As I saw, gym is brand new, basic equipment but enough for regular training. Sauna is also nice, not so specious, but clean (you have sauna and steam bath). Only minus is that hotel doesn’t have pool. If you want you can order second cleaning for you room, which is a plus. Also hotel has many conference rooms and well equipped Business Center. Wi-Fi is complementary for hotel guest, and it is really high-speed.
Overall, great hotel in the heart of West Berlin, nice room, helpful stuff, delicious cuisine and not so far from any transportation point in the city.

We have just returned from a weekend stay in Berlin in the beautiful Hotel Concorde! This was a surprise for my partner and a first trip to this city for both of us.

Firstly we LOVED Berlin! If you have not been there then contact your travel agent today! The city is so rich culturally and emotionally that the 3 days we had were not nearly enough and we are planning a return in June for my partner's birthday!

The hotel is stunning with a very minimalist but comfortable style. Rooms have been well described on this site already so I wont bore with more details. We booked a Club Etoile room and so benefitted from a dedicated lounge which we were taken to for check-in.

The facilities are great as are the breakfast, snacks and beverages you can enjoy throughout the day.

Must mention SONIA, KAI and ADIL who provided us with personal and friendly service every day!

We are looking forward to our next stay already!

PS We did miss tea facilities in the room but now know you can request a kettle!! Note to management that a card offering this service might be an additional benefit for your guests.

It was 4 months since our last visit. Overall :This is a great hotel.

Rooms: the design is special, i.e.it does not feel like an ordinary (even if luxurious) room.
It is a matter of taste but I find it relaxing and very very cozy. The bathroom is just great, with separated shower and bath, i.e if you want shower you don't have to climb.


Internet is free and works well, easy to connect to.

Espresso is THE BEST in Berlin. It comes at a cost but worth it.

One pitfall is that rooms, by default, do not have tea amenities. Just call and ask for the tea kettle and cups. I do that (every time) and they arrange it straight away. The only thing then is that you should bring your own tea.
As in previous review, if you are stuck, KaDeWe has a very good choice of tea, you can buy it there (or any other supermarket for that matter)

Location is perfect: 50m from KuDamm but on inner street so it is not noisy.
Same distance to U-Bahn and 10 mins waking from Zoologische Garten Bahnhof, which makes it very easy to arrive to.

We enjoyed it very much.
