Me and my friend stayed at the hotel from the 15th to the 19 of july. The staff eas unfriendly and was not helpfull at all. We checked in late and the guy in the reception showed us how the key work with a modell att the desk. When we got to our room it did not work and I went down again to get help. He then asked me if I would like to see the modell again and when I said I would like him to come up to our room since it didn´t work, he rolled his eyes and said he rather not go all the way up. I insisted and he finally helped us. The next day I asked about the weather and the girl in the reception said it would rain the whole day, When we got to the subway sataion it had stopped raining and was sunny the whole day.
The room was extremely poor, the only good thing was that the beds were comfortable and the breakfast good.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am 20 and I'm from Canada and I really appreciated my first 3 nights in Germany here at Hotel 4 Youth! The only things I can say about this hotel are:
1- The staff is EXTREMELY helpful..and nice!
2- Everything is clean everywhere...pure cleanliness..no doubt about it
3-My friends and I had great sleep quality in this hotel

I have stayed at the Hotel4Youth 3 times during the last 5 years. My most recent trip is the one I am reviewing.

The hotel is clean, spacious and conveniently located. The reception is permanently manned, and the hotel is secure after-hours by means of an intercom (or key card for guests) to gain entry.

The rooms are all very well designed, with a wardrobe for each guest in the room. Despite so many beds being in a room, it is still spacious, with room for a table, stools and room to store luggage. The rooms don't feel small, and are clean, warm and odour-free!

Breakfast is served in the dining room, there is a large selection of items to choose from - the only improvement would be to make breakfast open until later!

This hotel is excellent value for money, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back!

Like staying in a hotel costing double the price. The room and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. The staff very friendly. The location was good. Very quiet at night. Comfy beds. Efficient card system for entry and exit 24 hours a day. Bar open 24 hours. I can’t recommend this place enough.
