Hotel looks great, perfect location.room good, we found the bed really awful, and the pillows really bad. We did asked extra pillows. Toiletries are really good brand, but not replaced after 1 day,really strange. The breakfast buffet to small for the price, better find a nicer, cheaper,better place to have breakfast. Staff really nice, helpfull. It's a nice hotel, I dont't think worth 4 stars.
But the strangest thing is, the'll let you pay, the absurd amound of 10 euro a day per Phone,iPad,computer to use the internet......seriously,,,,,,

Don't be fooled by the nice pictures and selfacclaimed status as a "designhotel".
The sad truth is that the hotel smells like an old tourist-type hotel and has bathroom fascilities that are worse than a backpackers hostel. The toilet has a very primitive "sliding door", that allows all sound and smells into the room. The "bathroom" is a poorly designed "trough" inside the hotelroom itself. The shower didn't work properly, and offered no form of privacy.
Wifi internet costs 10€, on top of an already ridiculous price for the room.
We were lucky and managed to cancel our booking after staying just one night, but only after a slightly heated discussion with the staff.... We felt totally cheated by a misleading homepage.

Just returned from a trip to Berlin and had an amazing time, the hotel playing a major part in our experience.

The room we stayed in was stunning with lots of modern features and luxuries. The apartment was modern, clean well laid out with a good kitchen facility in the room (with a dish washer).

The location was in a trend area of Berlin with lots of boutiques and trendy bars. However not to far from the centre of Berlin and the train station.

I cant recomend this hotel enough, I would defiantly return or recommend to a friend. We were not dissapointed.

If you expect an ounce of customer service at this hotel you will be disappointed. I arrived after a 24 hour flight with heavy luggage and not one of the four staff behind the desk assisted me to my room. They were too busy chatting! I had to repeatedly ask for skirt hangers (which I am still waiting for) and I had to remind them daily that I needed an extra top sheet - they give you a king size bed and only have single duvets. No room service for breakfast and a total of only 8 dishes on the menu for room service which varied in its quality and quantity. I asked if they were bus tours that I could take to see the attractions in Berlin and was told no. I asked them to make an appointment for me at a spa and had to follow up 24 hours later to find out that nothing was done. There is a definite lack of hotel management at this so called 'Lux' hotel. I was so frustrated I almost moved to another hotel.
