6 nights in Berlin, this was my third stay in this hotel. The location is great, the hotel is very good, clean, quiet and perfect for your stay in Berlin. The bar and restaurant are very good, food qulity and price are spot on. The real gem of this hotel is the staff ! Everyone of them are first class, worthy of any 5 star hotel. A great place to stay. I will go back as soon as I can.

constantly the water on the floor in the bathroom - the door of shower cabin is wrong.
New Year's dinner could be more interesting.
The printer in the hall was broken.
But as usual we have got much more positive emotions.

Perfect location right beside the S Bahn and across the road from Tiergarten. Beautiful big sparkling clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Only negative - charging for wifi internet access in your room - free PC in lobby was always busy - and not regulated.
