The hotel is located opposite the Friederichshain Volkspark (park) and many rooms have full views of the park.The hotel is decorated in a pseudo EMpire style, which isn't really to my taste. The decor is a bit surpirising since the building is contemporary. Rooms and baths are spacious and clean. The breakfeast buffet is the best I've had in any hotel in Germany. Front desk staff tried to be helpful, but had some problems with English and was not able to answer basic hotel front desk questions.

Faires Preis Leistungsverhaltnis. Fruehstuecksbuffet gut. Zimmer tadellos. Buslinie 200 geht bis Bahnhof Zoo via vieler typischer Touristenattraktionen. Park Friedrichshain direkt gegenueber gut zum Joggen, Entspannend und Spielen fuer Kinder. Gute Restaurants um die Ecke fuer entspanntes Essen.

Stayed for 6 night at this hotel. We were very pleased with our choice. Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are big, super clean, and the restaurant same. We booked buffet breakfast for the 6 days and the choice is enormous. Continental breakfest but there was scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages every day. All types of cold meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, rools etc.. Friedrichshain Park over the road. 3 tram stops for Alexanderplatz and the Bus 200 stops outside. Remconned this hotel to anyone.

Having just returned from spending 3 days in Berlin with my husband and having stayed in the Victors Residenz Hotel made our trip . The location is perfect the 200 bus stops outside the door and this bus will bring you into Berlin city centre and to Alexanderplatz .The staff are very welcoming and helpful .What can I say about the breakfast !!!! On sundays breakfast is served until noon, the quality and variety and presentation is just fantastic. WE loved it. I would have to say this was the best hotel we have been to . Berlin is a very laid back city and it has a terrific infrastucture. We will definatly return and without a doubt return to Victors Residnz.
