Ideally placed in the heart of Berlin - walking distance to everything you want to see. Great and friendly steak restaurant opposite under the rail tracks. Read some history. Throughout my stay I was confused on the hotels computer with someone with a Japanese name - the humour and novelty wore off quite quickly - blocked at breakfast until this was checked over and over, ditto check out. Nobody saw the funny side...

Very nice hotel, close to trainstation and alot of museums. Nice rooms with great beds and very good breakfast. The fitness and wellness was a disappointment. But we did not really need it, becaouse there was so much else to do and see in Berlin. All in all a great hotel where I would stay again.

Train station nearby does not bother at all. Noise insulation is astonishing.

Superb location,and bike rental at the front door.

Clean and nice size bedrooms

Really good location, close to all amenities,museums,Reichstag,Brandenburg Gate etc and several good restaurants under the railway arches.Handy supermarket in station.Great buffet breakfast but double bed consisted of two singles pushed together with single bedding on each bed not very comfy.Take S9 from Scoenfield 3euros but you have to change at Ostkreuz(the S9 does not go straight through to Freidrichstrasse as it says on the hotel website and in several tourist guides).Also if you want to go to Reichstag you must now apply on line 3 to 4 days before you want to go.www.bundestag.de/anfrageformulare.
